PROBLEMS OF THE EXTRACTION PROCESS OF VIBRATORY GRINDERS WHEN GRINDING PUTTY

We manufacture high pressure filter units for extraction of vibratory grinders during grinding of putty. The extraction of vibratory grinders consists of connecting a high-pressure extraction hose directly to the nozzle of the vibratory grinder. The extraction of the putty takes place through the sandpaper, which is equipped from the manufacturer with extraction holes. When using the high-pressure sealant extraction directly from the grinding machine, the sanding dust is not spread into the grinding cabinet area but is sucked directly into the high-pressure filter unit.

 

We manufacture both small systems for extracting one vibratory sealant grinder and central high pressure systems for central extraction of entire grinding booths, where up to 10 sealant grinders are extracted at the same time. High-pressure extraction is also used in car paint shops for extracting paint sanding during bodywork repairs. The sealant extraction system is equipped with a high-pressure extraction turbine, which is controlled by a frequency converter depending on the number of sanders used.

High-pressure extraction of grinding machines

We manufacture G&G Vacuum JET filtration units. These are high-pressure filtration units designed for central exhaust systems for grinding putty. The high-pressure units are designed for extraction capacities of 200 m3/h to 8000 m3/h at total vacuum up to - 70 kPa. The filters are designed for non-explosive dusts and, when equipped with a protective diaphragm, the units are designed for explosive dusts according to ATEX.

Professional high-pressure extraction for paint repairs

The extraction of repairs of painted parts is carried out in closed booths with a central exhaust pipe distribution. We use high-pressure stainless steel pipes connected by clips. A pneumatically opening shut-off valve is installed at each end of the exhaust pipe. The flapper is operated by taking pressurized air from a vibratory grinder. When the worker is grinding, the shut-off flap is automatically opened and the grinder is thus connected to the exhaust. By connecting the grinder to the extraction, the filter system automatically increases its extraction capacity. If the worker stops using the grinder, the pressure air intake by the grinder is interrupted, the shut-off flap closes and the filter unit automatically reduces the extraction capacity.
