Significant carbon dust extraction reference. Our textile filtration equipment with automatic regeneration of the filter medium by pressurized air is used in the explosive dust extraction version. Returning filtered air back to the work area.

 

Our order includes the manufacture and supply of filter equipment for carbon dust extraction. The type of filter used is G&G Jet BAG. The filtration equipment is designed to be placed outdoors without the need for a shelter. The filter is equipped with automatic regeneration of the filter medium (flat textile hoses) by means of air pressure pulses. The filtration plant is equipped with a filtrate hopper with a 50 litre collection container. The filtering device is equipped with pressure relief diaphragms positioned to direct the pressure wave upwards in the explosive dust extraction version. The installation of the filtration unit was provided by our implementation unit G&G Filtration CZ, s.r.o. 

 

Filtration equipment

We chose the G&G Jet BAG type of filtration device for carbon dust extraction. It is a filtration device of our production, equipped with flat textile hoses with automatic regeneration of the filter medium by means of pressurized air. The automatic regeneration is equipped with an intelligent control unit which ensures that the regeneration only operates when the pressure drop of the filter medium is higher. The regeneration system ensures optimum removal of pressurized air depending on filter contamination, resulting in significant savings in pressurized air costs. As part of the explosive dust extraction, the filter system is equipped with a pressure-resistant housing, antistatic filter media, stainless steel filter hose tendrils, pressure relief diaphragms and a B-Flap check valve in the suction line. The piping connection between the fan and the filter unit is of pressure-resistant design, as is the piping between the filter unit and the B-Flap check valve.

 

The filter media is guaranteed by us for a minimum of 3 to 5 years of operation. We make sure that the operation of our filtration technology does not incur unnecessary costs for the operator by frequent replacement of the filter media.
