Filtration equipment for belt conveyor dust removal

Reference realization of the technology of lime conveyor belt dedusting. The reference includes the manufacture and installation of Local JET type filter units, which are used to dedust the overflows of conveyor belts. The filter units are fixed to the belt conveyor cover. They provide negative pressure in the space between the conveyor belt and its cover by means of an integrated exhaust fan. Dust that is released during the material transfer is sucked in by the Local JET filter chamber. The filter units are equipped with flat textile hoses which are regenerated by short pulses of pressurised air. The material trapped on the filter media is cleaned by the regeneration and falls back into the conveyor belt path.

The control of the filters is automatic in relation to the operation of the conveyor belts. Regeneration of the filter units is controlled autonomously, based on the pressure loss of the filter media. The filter is equipped with a regeneration timer, where the unit performs the most effective regeneration after the exhaust fan is switched off.
