One of the most important references is the application of our dust extraction filter systems in the steel industry. Within our scope of supply we install 4 filter batteries with a total extraction capacity of 450,000 m3/h.

 

Our delivery includes the manufacture and implementation of G&G Jet BAG type dust extraction filtration equipment. These filters are equipped with automatic regeneration of the flat filter hoses by means of a 16-current pressurized air. Of course there is an off-line regeneration system which enables highly efficient regeneration of the filter media during the dust removal operation. The filtration devices are divided into separate filtration chambers with the possibility of OFF-LINE regeneration during the operation of the filtration device. This regeneration system is highly effective mainly in conjunction with dust filtration in ironworks, where continuous operation of the filtration technology is often necessary. The filters are equipped with heating of the filter bed and thermal insulation.

 

Redler conveyors of our production are used for dust removal. The redler conveyors are also equipped with a heating system to prevent the dust from freezing in the transport path during the idle time of the filtration technology in the winter months.

 

In terms of air flow inside the filter and pressure losses of the filter system, the design of the filter unit has been chosen so that the passing air enters the filter unit at the top of the filter and exits filtered at the bottom of the filter unit. The flow inside the filter chambers is top to bottom, which greatly assists in the removal of dust to the landfill. This concept reduces the pressure loss of the filter media.

 

For our company, this is a very important dust extraction reference, both in terms of the size of the filter units and the specific design to meet the most demanding requirements of the entire project. Our partner company Midoriing, s.r.o. is carrying out the very demanding installation work for us, starting with the coordination of the demanding activities in a limited space, the elevation work and the actual coordination of the construction.
