Our reference installation of the Flat Wood filter system for sawdust extraction from wood production. It is a vacuum filtration plant equipped with automatic regeneration of the filter hoses by means of pneumatic vibrating cylinders.

 

The filtration plant is equipped with pressure relief membranes to release the pressure wave to the outside environment.

The subject of our order was the manufacture of two filter units for sawdust extraction from wood production. The filtration units are mounted on a supporting steel structure also of our manufacture. One filter unit of positive pressure construction and one unit of negative pressure construction were used for the extraction concept corresponding to the investor's requirements. In both cases, the filter units are equipped with a pressure wave release system for the extraction of explosive dust to the outside environment. The filter units were manufactured for our partner GreMi KLIMA, s.r.o., which is the general supplier of the sawdust extraction system for the end client.

 

Flat Wood underpressure filtration unit

The Flat Wood filter unit manufactured by us is a filter unit designed for extraction in wood processing companies. The filter unit is equipped with automatic regeneration either by means of a pneumatic vibrating cylinder or by means of pressurized air. For sawdust extraction applications in the most demanding operations, the filter units are equipped with a combination of regeneration systems - both by means of pressure air filter hoses and a vibratory regeneration system. The combination of the two regeneration systems contributes to the saving of pressurised air during the operation of the filtration plant. If the pressure loss of the filter hoses is low, the filter system regenerates only by means of the vibro-pump. When the pressure loss of the filter media increases, the regeneration system is automatically activated using pressurized air. In the case of the vacuum filter unit, the fan is located on the clean side of the filter unit. The extraction fans used are selected with high efficiency and with the possibility of regulating the extraction power by means of a frequency converter.
