Extraction from burning machines

These are references in the field of smoke extraction and filtration from burning machines. For these applications we use JET BAG filter units equipped with flat textile hoses. Regeneration is carried out by means of pulses of pressurized air. The Jet BAG filter units are very reliable and ensure continuous suction performance even in continuous sheet metal burning. The nrJ filters are most often used as replacements for cartridge filters, which have a very short filter cartridge life in laser extraction applications. We use spark separators as passive protection against ignition of the filter media, which we place in the exhaust duct upstream of the filter unit. The separators have the task to separate possible hot particles and sparks before entering the filter unit. The spark separators are equipped with their own collection container for the separated waste. For extraction applications from lasers, plasma or other burning machines, we recommend the use of spark separators.
