Our supply includes the manufacture and installation of the G&G Jet BAG type plastic dust extraction filtering equipment The filtering equipment is designed to be placed outdoors without the need for a shelter. The filter is equipped with automatic regeneration of the filter medium (flat textile hoses) by means of air pressure pulses. The filtration plant is equipped with a filtrate hopper, ending with a rotary feeder with waste discharge into a big-bag. The filter is mounted on a steel structure.

 

With regard to the air flow inside the filter and the pressure losses of the filter system, the design of the filter unit is such that the passing air enters the filter unit at the top of the filter and exits filtered at the bottom of the filter unit. The flow inside the filter chamber is top to bottom, which greatly assists in the removal of dust into the hopper, which is crucial in plastic dust extraction.  This concept reduces the pressure loss of the filter media.

 

In the application of plastic dust extraction we guarantee a long lifetime of the filter media of at least 5 years of operation of the filtration system. We make sure that the installation of our filtration equipment does not cause the operator unnecessary operating costs due to the constant replacement of the filter media.

 

Plastic dust is very fine lightweight and prone to arching in the filter hopper. It is important that the filter regeneration is continuous, that the filter equipment has a gradual slope of the hopper and continuous dust removal to avoid clogging of the filter hopper.
