We have completed orders for thermal insulation of pipelines. Thermal insulation of pipelines protects the user or operator from the risk of burns on hot surfaces of pipeline parts.

At the same time, thermal insulation of pipelines prevents gas cooling inside the pipeline routes and contributes to limiting or eliminating the possibility of vapour condensation on the inside of the pipeline routes.

For thermal insulation, we always proceed by calculating the thickness of the mineral wool or Sibral insulation according to the temperature of the extracted gas.

We use galvanised sheet metal or aluminium sheet as protection against damage to the insulation layer. The covering layer of the pipe cladding is formed on site from coils. For remote projects (mostly outside the Czech Republic), we prepare the cladding to measure in our production and then ship it as a LEGO system.
