From special components we produce double-walled elbows and branch pipes. These components are used in special applications for extraction of highly abrasive dust. We have determined the pressure resistance for welded piping by software modelling with a safety factor of 1.5 and as a manufacturer we guarantee the following values:

• The pressure resistance of the product without permanent damage for a material thickness t = 1.5 mm is 46 350 Pa.
• The pressure resistance of the product without permanent damage for a material thickness t= 2.0 mm is 57 960 Pa
• The pressure resistance of the product without permanent damage for material thickness t= 3,0 mm is 62 315 Pa

Our exhaust duct components can be used in explosive dust extraction applications where a minimum pressure resistance of the duct is specified in case of an explosion. The piping with the pressure resistance requirement is usually located between the filtering device and the check valve, which prevents the pressure wave from propagating into the exhaust piping to areas where site personnel may be present.
