Our supply includes the manufacture and implementation of the G&G Jet BAG filter unit for welding fume extraction applications. The filtering device is equipped with automatic regeneration of the filter media by means of pressurized air. The extraction is provided by a radial high-pressure fan with high efficiency. The G&G Jet BAG filter system for welding shop applications provides continuous extraction performance and has a long filter media lifetime of at least 5 years in two-shift operation.

 

Filtration equipment

The G&G Jet BAG type filtering device supplied by us is a filtering device with flat textile elements, equipped with automatic regeneration of the filter medium by means of a counter-current of pressurised air. The pressure loss of the filtering device is maintained by an intelligent control unit. Regeneration at low clogging of the filter medium does not regenerate until the pressure drop rises to a predefined value. At higher pressure drop values, the regeneration intensity increases. This system ensures that the pressure air required for regeneration is saved.

 

Filter media replacement costs

Our company focuses on minimizing the operating costs incurred by running the filtration unit. For our G&G Jet BAG range of filtration units, we guarantee a minimum filter media life of 22,000 operating hours. We use conventional filter media that are commonly available on the market. We guarantee low replacement costs for the filter media. For welding fume extraction applications, the first replacement usually occurs after 5 years of filter operation.
